Return Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase from LINEAGE. Please review the policy below carefully before submitting a return or exchange request.
ALL SALES FINAL (With Exceptions)
Because our apparel is created specifically for each order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Normal wear and tear
Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a request, email us at wearelineage187@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
REFUNDS (If Approved)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return or replacement is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of reshipping.
